She is Member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrator London .She is International Arbitrator and Mediator at Bangalore International Arbitration Centre, SAMA And International Commercial Dispute Tribunal .She is President Of Cyber Security Council, Women’s Indian Chamber Of Commerce And Industry. She is Co Founder of All India Sustainable Development Council (UN DESA Member). Her urge to learn and share the thoughts and her excellence with others seeking knowledge on Arbitration and other legal matters, brought her to pen down this journal and share her passion with her readers about the same. The International Arbitration and Legal Journal (IALJ) Is online quarterly scholarly peer-reviewed multi-disciplinary International journal publication. IALJ is publication of Journals broad casting light on International Arbitration, Mediation, Human Rights, Cyber Laws, IPR and other legal matters happening around the world. This is to introduce you to a whole new world of in-depth scrutiny on the current issues of Arbitration relating to Business, Trades, investments and economic Disputes. Our journal aims at providing thought-provoking views on matters to Arbitration, Conciliation, Mediation and other legal matters. It also aims to facilitate the students, teachers and scholars to write papers on various contemporary issues and current trends in law. We provide expert critical commentaries on the new developments and changes taking place in the legal field, internationally. This platform shall also ignite the initiative and desire of young law students and lawyers to contribute in the field of law. The erudite response of legal luminaries shall be solicited to enable readers to explore challenges that lie before law makers, lawyers and the society at large, in the event of the ever changing social, economic and technological scenario. IAJL invites journals from the International arbitrators, mediators, University Scholars legal fraternity for the forthcoming issue. TIMELINE FOR SUBMISSION Deadline For submission is 15th May 2022 SUBMISSION GUIDELINES Ø The Journal of the IAJL accepts submissions throughout the year. All submissions are required to be addressed to the Editor in Chief, IAJL and emailed to editor@internationalarbitrationandlegaljournal.com or mail to legal@advshrutibist.com. Ø All submissions should be sent with a covering letter indicating the Name of the Author, Institutional Affiliation and the Topic of the paper. Co-authored papers should give details about both the authors Ø The length of the manuscript should average between 2000 words (inclusive of footnotes). Manuscripts shall be formatted according to the following guidelines. Ø It shall be in Microsoft word format, Times New Roman font, 12 font size and 1.5 line spacing. Ø The main text shall be divided under different sub-headings. Ø All manuscripts shall include an ‘Introduction’ and ‘Conclusion’. Ø It shall include an abstract of not more than 150 Ø All citations shall be placed in foot-notes. Ø Quotations: Quotations within a sentence must be enclosed in double quotation marks (“ ”). A quotation within a quotation should be enclosed in single quotation marks (‘ ’).
